What data is collected and what is it used for?
The data collected by HPI is the data needed to provide information, quotes and to execute commands. This information may include: name, address, telephone number, email, company name, company email, company address, company phone number and VAT number. HPI collects and processes your data when you request information, request a quote or call on our services. HPI may retain your data of your company and its employees in function of cooperation, agreements and communication. HPI processes both customer and supplier data for the necessary accounting documents and these are kept as long as the law requires.
Legal basis for processing personal data
HPI collects and processes your data based on the contractual relationship we have with you and to comply with our legal obligations. The privacy interest of the personal data is always weighed against the interests of our company so that there is a balance between them. You always have the right of resistance.
Sharing and disclosure of personal data
Your customer data will never be shared with countries outside the European Union unless you are explicitly informed or you ask for it.
To comply whit the GDPR privacy rules, HPI informs you which personal data we retain in our database.
Our order processing system uses your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and VAT number.
HPI uses this data only to send you the information you requested. (orders, confirmations, invoices, quotations)
HPI will never distribute personal data to third parties.
